Regrettably, I must find sweet Dozer, a pitbull I rescued a month ago from a kill shelter, a new home. After bringing him back to good health (worms, skinny, etc.) we have determined he is not a good fit for our family. He's very sweet and good dog, but has a ton of energy and unfortunately is just too rough playing with our older dog. We have attempted to change and train him to be softer with her, but he just a young ball of energy and determined to play. He needs a home with either a spunky/playful young dog or be the only dog with an active lifestyle. He's 1 years old, potty trained, crate trained, knows the basic commands, fun, and just all around good dog. He will not be leaving my home until I find him a good home that fits him. He's up to date on all vaccinations (paperwork will be provided) and neutered. When he finds a home I will include his dog bed, kennel, collar and leash. I live in Bellville but am in cypress nearly everyday, as such, I can drive to meet you with him or you can come to my home. I'm glad that I saved him from the shelter (which would've ultimately put him to sleep) but now just need to find him that perfect fit.
