About BUSY BUDDY

Who is faster than a speeding bullet and can leap in high bounds? Meet BUSY BUDDY !! He is a year old, weighs approximately 10 pounds and is neutered and current on all vaccines. BUSY BUDDY is sweet and cuddly, gentle and playful, and soaks up new commands with an aim to please. Before reaching us, BUSY BUDDY arrived at his New Jersey sending shelter as an 'unclaimed stray.' It soon became apparent that no one had ever taught him any manners. BUSY BUDDY, however, is a quick learner, and soon learned the basic commands of sit, come and stay. Like most youngster-dogs, BUSY BUDDY has an insatiable curiosity and a low boredom threshold. He also came to our foster home with a fear of being crated. We do not know what caused that fear, but we have worked on this with him. He is seeking an adoptive home as busy as he is, that will provide a 'puppy-proofed' environment with lots of toys and human interaction. BUSY BUDDY enjoys the company of other dogs, and would like an introduction, please, before he has to live with them. This will help us all to know if it's a match made in Heaven! His biggest fan is his Foster Mother Extraordinaire, who has spent the past 40 years of her life assisting dogs in need of guidance and expertise. She would like to continue her mentorship of BUSY BUDDY as he adjusts to his new home (if needed), so we prefer that this home be in the Central NJ area so that she may do so. (PS--she said that if you are looking for an agility dog, you may have just met your match!).
