About Hilda (east)

Hi, my name is HILDA ID#A4378711 I am a spayed female, white and brown American Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 5 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Feb 11, 2020. Sadly I am set for euthanasia Mon. Mar. 2nd 6 pm. Shelter is beyond capacity! This means that many of us good dogs are being put down. I got the 'unlucky pick' for the e-list so I'm asking; will you can save my life? Look at my smile! I am such a Happy Dog! I was brought to the shelter due to a bite that occurred when someone was trying to break me and another dog up as we were fighting. I was a good dog until the fight occurred. I am sad I was surrendered to the shelter and was given up on. I was their one and only for 5 years. My dog intro at the shelter is a bit inconclusive. It did not state that I went after a dog. The notes indicated that I would get another 'doggie eval' however, the shelter is so full that I am now placed on the e-list and did not get another chance. If you have a nice house with a secure back yard and no other dogs, I would love to be your one and only. I am great with people and would probably be fine with kids but on walks I should have a strong handler to walk me if another dog is close by. I really would hate for this to be how it ends for me!...can you come and see me? Hurry!...I don't have much time left to live....
