TO BE KILLED 3/5/20, please to save text or call Kat 516 457-3678 EIGHTY lived with 7 kids ages 1 - 17, and when they got loud and boisterous, this gentle playful pup would get overwhelmed. But to his credit, he rolled with the punches. Now, because his parent said they have 'no more time for him', he is packed off to the kill shelter and in danger of losing his life. What did he do so wrong that his life has come to this. He sits and wonders, lonely and bereft of everyone he ever loved. Shy of new folks to begin with, did they expect him to immediately become a social butterfly at the shelter? He's understandably confused, heartbroken, and anxious, but Eighty is trying his best to navigate this scary place and make friends. His family said he was not good with dogs when out on walks, but at the shelter he met a girl dog through the fencing and had a soft body and was 'chattering' at her. It's possible that like with many dogs, he is not good on leash but could be good in a play situation. Look at his poor face in his one photo. He looks so lost and defeated. But we have hope for this little guy who is just a youngster and so willing to start over again. Will you open your heart and your home to Eighty? If you are an experienced foster or adopter in a home with no young children, please hurry and message our page or email us for assistance saving his life.
