About Hope

A put-your-nose-to-the-grindstone-get-things-done kind of person? So is Hope. Hope is a 1 1/2 year old (54 lbs) Shepherd mix. She is a willing, energetic, self-starter. Hope is a strong independent woman who doesn't take sass who like things straight forward, routine, and consistent. Here is the problem...those are all things a shelter is not. As a Shepherd mix, Hope is a working dog. She is high energy and needs a job to act as an outlet for this energy. Hope needs a coach to get her there. Her ideal coach is someone who's as motivated as she is; someone to help her see the light at the end of this stressful tunnel. We're looking for an adopter to be this coach for Hope. Do you have the time, patience and knowledge to help Hope reach her goal to shine be her best self? Here are the details... �'ۢ Home must be adult only. No children, please. �'ۢ Hope must be the only pet in the home as she doesn't care for other dogs (or cats) �'ۢ No apartments or condos, please. Some of the things on her goal list�'�| �'ۢ Learn to relax. �'ۢ Improve reactivity around other dogs. �'ۢ Practice impulse control and polite play. �'ۢ Get better at sharing resources. And the most important goal of all is to find her ray of hope...a family where she can thrive mentally & physically and just be a happy pup.
