Sam came to us in search of a home with older, more mature family members. Sam loves women, but takes a little longer before warming up to the men in his life and he does not enjoy the company of children. Sam is shy with new people, but really loves his people and is upset when they leave. He would be happiest in a home where he's not alone often to help with her separation anxiety. Sam is a good boy who is house broken and kennel trained. He knows sit, stay, down and come. Sam has not done well with male dogs in the past, so he may be happiest alone in his home or in a home with a female canine companion he gets to meet before adoption. Sam needs a home with a yard he can run and talk to the birds in, no apartments please as he likes to use his voice. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped.
