This dog is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $175 if picked up in TN, $225 plus transport fee for out of state adoptions. Winn Dixie is ready to go on an adventure! This charming girl is a 1.5-year-old, 45 pound Picardy Shepherd / Heeler mix (best guess). She loves to frolic and play and would do best in a home with dogs her size or bigger since her play style is rough and tumble. Winn Dixie is a smart pup who we believe would thrive in obedience classes. She enjoys playing fetch and is very loving. Winn Dixie is hilarious with a toy, she will toss and catch it for herself, and chase it all around. She can be timid around men but with patience and understanding, we believe she will warm up to new family members. She is also house trained, crate trained and does great in the car. Due to an old injury, Winn Dixie has a limp sometimes, but it doesn't slow her down a bit. Winn Dixie's dream home would be with someone with high-energy dog experience, a fenced yard and time to spend with her.
