Available to a GREAT home is my 2 year old purebred Presa Canario. Unfortunately I don't have the time to own a pet with my new work schedule and traveling. I will only consider a loving forever home that has the sufficient time, infrastructure (yard, home etc) and the wherewithal to properly care for him. He has been well trained and proficient in many commands, with me but I cannot promise a new owner will see this proficiency without work, love, and time. He loves riding in the truck and going to home depot, bass pro shop, and the beach. I don't think small children would be a good fit. Even though he has been good with children, his size and dominant nature may not be the best fit for homes with small children. Ultimately someone retired or working from home would be best. Someone who works all day and will be kenneling him, would not be a good fit. I prefer someone closer to me just so that I can better determine if the new owner would be a good fit for him. These are very dominant breeds and require an owner who will provide structure and consistency and know how to, with love, establish themselves as a pack leader. Please research this breed, as they are unique and require an owner who understands how to provide the best home and structure for them to be happy and thriving.
