About Remington Ryker

Adoption Fee: $75
Bengal / Abyssinian
Age: Young Kitten
Sex: Male

Remington Ryker is an adorable silver black spotted short hair male approx. 6mo. His adoption fee is $75. He has been vetted, neutered and tested negative for Leuk and FIV. Remy had a family that abandoned him her without food, water or shelter. He made her way to a feral cat feeding station. A feeding station is where feral-wild cats are TNR'd - trapped neutered released and fed. Cats form colonies like this because irresponsible people abandon them, tossing them out like trash. They roam to find food then a loving caring concerned citizen starts feeding these starving cats forming a feeding station. They get TNR'd to prevent kittens, ear tipped so others know that these cats are fixed. The cats 'work' for us taking care of the mice, roof rats, scorpions and roaches, but they must be fixed. The 'wild' ones will survive because they are smart enough to elude predators and sick people. The 'tame' ones need to be taken in, they aren't smart. IT IS INHUMANE AND CRUEL TO DUMP A DEFENSELESS LIFE! PETS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS. PLEASE GET HELP IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP A PET. MAKE THE EFFORT! IT'S A LIFE! Remy is a peanut with a lot of growing to do. He is such an easy-going lover boy. He is a loyal buddy, full of headbutts and cuddling. He does love to play but he prefers sitting in your lap and being petted, scratched and loved. Although he would love a nice fun kitty friend he would need a little time to adjust. Having to fend off and fight for his food at the colony he may be shy at first. Dogs? He is your typical cute cuddly, playful precious, rowdy and rambunctious kitten! He is healthy, fun, sweet and adorable! Kittens need playmates! You cannot have a happy kitty alone in a home all day. They need other pets, nice kids or even siblings to play with otherwise they sleep all day and are up all night. When they are awake during the day they have so much pent up energy they get into things and start 'climbing the walls'. Kittens are players that need lots of toys. They love boxes, interactive toys like feather on a stick and shoe lace drag as well as the 'Fling ama String' and the $2 'cat dancer' toy. They have been free fed quality hard food (the first ingredient beginning with meat), they get quality canned food morning and night and need kitten food till they are 1 year old. They love kitty treats in small dosages while young, a rectangle corrugated scratcher that lays flat on the floor and a tall cat tree sitting in front of the window with the sun rays beaming in. Remy is a special boy looking for a forever life of soft beds, good food, attention and love. He will expect to share your bed. Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment! Below information is for preventative purposes'| Too many male AND female cats are getting the UTI - urinary tract infection and crystals in their urine. It's a blockage, it's painful and if ignored will lead to death. Vets say the hard food is at fault because it does not deliver enough liquids. It's simple to monitor. Just make sure there is at least one good size pee ball in the litter box a day. Kitty fountains are effective to help manage a cat's fluids. A diet of good quality canned food pate is better than dry food however there are some dry foods that are pH balanced and help maintain Urinary Tract - UT health like Blue Buffalo, Purina Pro Plan, Purina One UT health, Iams UT health. AVOID FISH! Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment! They need a cat tree, love and an inside home ADOPT Remington Ryker FOR LIFE! CNPS text 602-332-6615 email [email protected] REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE ADOPTING A PET YOU ARE ADOPTING A FAMILY MEMBER FOR LIFE! THEY ARE NOT THROW AWAY TOYS! WHEN YOU MOVE YOU TAKE YOUR CHILDREN, YOUR BELONGINGS, YOUR PETS. IT'S A LIFE, A COMMITMENT TO THE END. If you need any type of help with an animal this is a great place to start.
