About Taffy

Sweet Taffy is an approx 1 yr old medium sized (approx 35 lb) mix who has just not had a lot of luck in her short life. Taffy was originally surrendered to a shelter in Philadelphia earlier this year when he was not able to care for her. She joined us here at Dog Town and we thought she had found her forever home but personal circumstances in her new family's life meant she was returned Now Taffy is on the lookout for her true forever home! Taffy gets along well with most other dogs and loves a good old fashioned wrestling match with her best buds. She has lived with kids aged 6 & 12 and did well with them. Taffy does love her people more than anything in the world and is happiest when she is close by. She may suffer from a touch of separation anxiety as her last family reported she did bark when they were not home and worked long hours. She is quite scared of men and would need a patient owner willing to help her through this. Of course who could blame a girl with so many transitions in her short life?! Taffy is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and ready to go
