The Chihuahua keeps them small but the Beagle gives them a sweeter personality than the typical Chi. These two are social, bouncy, bubbly, playful, and cuddly. They are Chihuahua mixes who appear to have been used for breeding. Popsicle weighs just about 10 lb and is at a good weight for her body size. Icicle is 8.6 lb and pretty close to being fully filled out. Visually they seem to be mixed with Beagle since they have Beagle body coloring, but they are the size of Chihuahuas. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These two were dumped together on a cold winter day. They were brought into the same foster home together and they do very well together, sleeping on top of each other and playing with each other, so we are seeking to place them in a forever home together. They like to sleep in a laundry basket together piled up on some blankets. They love toys and Popscicle (tri color) is especially fond of squeak toys. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- They are paper trained but not fully housebroken in the sense that if you forget to get them out in time to potty, they will just use the paper to go. They don't have the knowledge yet to give you some sort of signal to go out but we think that they will be reaching that point soon as they are making progress with going out to the fenced yard regularly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking an adoptive home that has a fenced yard at least 3 feet tall. It's ok if you have other dogs as long as you feed these two separately because they are food gobblers. They like to play with other dogs and give people cuddles and kisses. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Popsicle also has the potential to be an agility dog because she LOVES to climb on things. We think she would have a blast with agility training and perhaps Icicle would follow along with her. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ideal match is an adopter that has someone home at least part of the day since it's tough for such small dogs to hold it for a 9-10 hour work day.
