About Niko

Niko is a 5 year old male in need of an experienced JRT home. Niko needs a patient and kind household with the understanding that he needs time to trust his human, particularly when putting on his harness and touching. He has been a wonderful guest with his 13 year female jack and 10 yrs old male Jack foster siblings.He approaches every activity with great enthusiasm except for getting out of a warm bed in the morning. Loves to go on long walks and hikes, smiles and bounces with joy when a squeaky toy is present. His favorite activity is receiving treats to support his positive behavior. Niko has been fed in his crate so he can establish a safe place and is a champion of potty training, enjoys riding in a car and settles in when left alone. He needs to be in a home where he will receive plenty of activity. He currently walks twice at least twice a day, multiple miles. This keeps Niko well-behaved! He is altered and UTD on vaccines.
