Lucky is a very special girl with a story that will make you doubt humanity. Yet the dog's heart did not grow angry. She believes that people are wonderful. Lucky can sense your mood and will be very understanding and loyal. She is a very polite and happy pup - she will kiss and hug and kiss again. Lucky is a good friend to other dogs and has a wonderful play style in her interactions with her dog friends. She does not discriminate against cats either, great with kids, easy to handle on a leash and she is not capricious in food. Can you believe a dog can be so perfect? Well, Lucky is! Her incredibly loving personality and easy-going nature make her an effortless companion who will protect you and yours! *** Lucky came from unfortunate circumstances. She was found in a tightly sealed bag on the bottom of a dumpster, buried under a pile of trash, less than a month old. Good Samaritan dug her out to let her go, but Lucky did not want to let go of that kind human being. At the vet, it became known the reason she was disposed of like trash. Her front paw is slightly deformed, due to a birth defect. Although this does not bother Lucky - it does not limit her movements or causes pain. It would seem that her struggles are over, but 2 months later she was attacked by a street dog who ripped her back leg open. Therapy and massages have done its job- her leg healed, only a little time needed for Lucky to be able to bend it. Regardless of all that, she is very active.
