Courtesy Posting: PUPDATE: CONRAD WAS RECENTLY RESCUED & IS LOOKING FOR A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME! -------- CONRAD - A731733 Devore Shelter, San Bernardino, CA http://petharbor.com/pet.asp?uaid=SBCO1.A731733 We have another very urgent dog listed as a 2 year old chow mix scheduled to be euthanized at Devore again. This is same high kill shelter the other two chow mixes were also euth listed at last week (btw, those two are sweet, no aggression at all). Devore has been euthanizing many dogs for space since they are doing construction. This boy who has been named Conrad and was found as a stray. He was hauled in on a catch pole as is how most shelters take in chows. So, yes, he did growl at first understandably, but therefore was made Rescue only unfortunately. However, numerous videos and pictures on facebook show him greeting people friendly at the kennel fence, and in one, even taking treats gently from people. He has been totally overlooked as we are not sure what his breed really is, but perhaps some combo of various spitz breeds such as chow, shiba inu, jindo, pei, akita.
