About BB

Pretty BB is a 6 year old, 17 pound tri-colored Chihuahua mix who came to us after her owner died. BB is a sweet girl, and lovable in her own way. She is not a lap dog, but enjoys being near you, and sits at your feet. She loves curling up for naps in a doggy bed, under a blanket. She also prefers to sleep in a doggy bed next to the big bed at night, unless it storms! Then she wants to be right by your side in the bed. BB is fine with other dogs, but would also be fine as an only dog. She enjoys stretching out in the sun and is housebroken. She will go outside to potty in her fenced yard and then comes back to the door and barks to come in. We think a fenced yard is best for her. BB has not been cat or kid tested, but her foster mom thinks she would be fine with older kids (12 and up). She was a little skittish when we first got her, but with time she has become more comfortable. She will bark at strangers... while her tail wags the whole time! BB is up to date on shots, spayed, heartworm negative, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. BB has been through a hard time and we would like to get her settled into a new loving home of her very own. If you would like to adopt her please submit an adoption application.
