About Blue

Blue is an extremely smart, high energy dog and would do best with an experienced owner who has tons of time to dedicate to him. I was given the task of watching him while his owner found suitable shelter for them both, he was abandoned. I have been told that he is purebred, I do not have paperwork on this but the vet states he is a purebred, 'tall' heeler. I have never had nor wanted a dog but fell in love with this guy. Unfortunately, I am a very busy professional and do not have the proper time (or experience) to dedicate to this handsome and sweet boy. Blue is 8 ish months old, up to date on vaccinations, not fixed, great with children, very protective of his humans (especially the tiny ones). He does not do well with cats. He has had tons of professional training and understands commands, is house broken and kennel trained. He no longer nips but is prone to jumping when excited. Blue cannot get bored or he becomes destructive, which is why it is so important that whoever can find it in their hearts to adopt him needs to be experienced and have time for him. I cannot emphasize this enough. Blue is a wonderful dog and will make an amazing addition to the right home.
