About Julien

Meet Julien! He is 2-years-old and 7 pounds. This sweet active boy loves riding in the car, playing with other dogs, and tossing around toys. He doesn't mind kids and would make a great family pet! He'll chew a bone but prefers someone's fingers or wooden furniture-typical young dog! We are working on getting him to prefer the bones. When hanging around outside the crate, Julien sports a belly band, to help with his habit of wanting to mark everything. He is not accustomed to walking on a leash quite yet, but his foster is working on it! He's a bit of a work in progress, sure, but Julien is a gentle little boy that is eager for his furever home! Sadly, Julien tested positive for heart worms and will need to be on the slow kill method (oral medication that rescue provides) for 12 months. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
