OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS: Due to the Coronavirus we are suspending any out of state adoptions until further notice. Hi! My name is Mutt. I am a Chihuahua/Dachshund forever pup because I am full grown but still tiny. Don't let my size full you though. I love to play hard and snuggle harder. My foster mom and I have a great time playing with my toys. I love fetch! I'll even bring the ball back to you most of the time. I am also house-trained and love to go on walks. I may need a few extra walks before bedtime. I have been staying at an apartment complex and have gotten more comfortable with strangers and even play well with other dogs too! I may bark at first, but don't worry I am all bark and can be won over pretty fast. I promise I am as sweet as can be and would love to be part of your forever home. My foster mom can tell you more about how great I am- just ask! Hope I get to meet you soon! Mutt is a 2 year old male dachshund/chihuahua mix that currently weighs 5 lbs. PUPPIES: Young puppies that have not had their second round of puppy shots will not be at the Adoption Center for our weekend adoption events. If your application is approved, a meeting can be arranged. Also, we only adopt young puppies locally due to the 4 month time frame it takes to get them fully vetted and altered. SPAY/NEUTER: As we believe proper healthcare of one's pet is a requirement of good ownership K-9 Angels Rescue only adopts out dogs that have been fully vetted. If the dog being adopted is not already altered at the time of their adoption, the dog will be altered within 2 weeks of adoption at our vet at our cost, with the exception of puppies which will be altered as soon as the puppy is ready.
