About Luna

Luna was found as a stray in on the side of a busy country road curled up next to a fenced property probably for safety and companionship from the dogs living there. It appears that Luna had been spending most of her time outdoors, but now she is truly grateful for a warm bed and loves to be part of a household and close to 'her' people. She is a Labrador mix, approximately 2 �%BD years old, and weighs 60 lbs. Luna is spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccines Luna is an energetic and curious young dog. She loves exploring outdoors and is working on her leash skills. Luna also loves to play and would fit right in with an active family. She appears housebroken and is currently working on crate training. She has a sweet, gentle nature and while she is a little shy at first, she enjoys positive reinforcement and is eager to learn. Some of Luna's favorite things include her comfy bed, Kong chew toys, long walks in the neighborhood, and playtime! Luna has nice manners with other dogs and would probably enjoy having another dog friend to play with and keep her company. Luna is looking for a forever home where she will be provided with access to routine vet care, a fenced yard, exercise, treats, and lots of love.
