$250 adoption donation Meet Hymie!!!! Hymie is the sweetest little one eyed shih tzu, the one eye he has left doesn't work very well, but he can still see a bit-and gets around great. He LOVES his toys, including dragging the stuffed animals outside. He loves EVERYONE, is very submissive to other dogs, but ideally would enjoy a friendly playful dog his size. He is very quiet--the only time he barks is when he gets excited--like his foster Mom comes home from work, or he starts throwing his toys in the air all over the yard. He is an absolute delight!!! His only 'quirk' is he is not a gentle treat/food taker. This is most likely from not being able to see well--he just opens his mouth, grabs, holds onto, and pulls whatever is in front of him. While he loves kids, probably best not to have them around, or have older kids who understand they must put the treat on the ground and not hand it to them. He is doing well on housetraining, but will also use the pottypads by the front and back doors Hymie is neutered, microchipped, had a full blood panel--and is ready for his new forever family!
