About Popeye

Hi! I have a 1 year old brindle boxer / pit bull we named him Popeye. We found him on the streets a few months ago completely starving to death and almost unable to walk on his own from being so weak. �%A0He has not been neutered. I convinced my husband to let me take him in temporarily so we can feed him, give him shelter and get him overall healthy. Now that he is healthy and well fed it's unfortunately time for him to find his forever home. I have become very attached while caring for him. He is such a love. However, it seems like he is a little scared of other people and dogs. He has abandonment issues and seems to have been abused before we had found him. I want him to go to a loving forever home.
