I'm moving later this week and am unable to take my Akita, Bear, with me. I have reached out to family and friends to try and rehome him, however, I haven't had any luck. If unable to find him a new home, I will be forced to take him to the pound which I really do NOT want to do. He's a six year old Akita; he's very sweet and has shown no signs of aggression nor has he ever bitten anyone. He stays outside on an electric fence/collar with free access inside the garage.
