About Ada

My best friend took in a dog, only to find that her current pup would not do well with another in the home. She is now with me and I am doing my best to find her the most suitable home I can. Her name is Ada, she is a 1 year old Hound mix. Her former owners clearly did nothing with her as she is very shy, unfamiliar with a leash and not house trained. I am working with her on all of these things and she is very sweet dog that I think in the right home with understanding people she will do amazing! She gets along fine with my own dog and pays no attention to my cats. She is thin, but gaining weight. She is spayed, up to date on shots and tested negative for heartworm and tick diseases. I have all of her paperwork for that. I will be asking a reasonable rehoming fee to the right person that has the time to give this girl to help her lead a great and happy life. Please email me with details about yourself/living situation. I would not recommend very small kids just due to her being so shy. She is not 'fearful' however, no aggression issues, very cooperative and food motivated girl.
