About Chusky

This absolutely stunning pup is Chusky! He is about a year old and weighs 17 pounds. Chusky is an Italian Greyhound Chihuahua mix. He was originally found as stray with a bunch of other dogs that had been dumped and were living in the woods. He is good with people, other dogs, and the cats in his foster home, but he can be little timid at first meeting. Once he settles in he is very friendly and affectionate. He goes outside on his own and is potty trained. He does not walk on a leash, and a fenced yard is required. He loves sleeping in the bed right next to his foster mom and sitting in the chair next to her when relaxing. He has a lot of energy and is starting to play with toys, but really prefers playing with the dogs in his home. He was adopted several months ago and recently returned. The person who returned him said he was aggressive with her cats and dug holes in the yard. He has been nothing but great with the cats in his foster home and does not dig in his foster home. We think he needs a home where he gets lots of play time and stimulation to focus some of his puppy energy. Chusky is up to date on shots, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. He is all ready to find his new family! Submit an adoption application to meet him!
