About CHESTER See Video

Video at the bottom...I've got to get this off my chest! CHESTER (#A1894209) has been in the shelter system since September 14, 2019, and I can't figure out why. He's not even 2-years-old; he's easy to handle, albeit he's somewhat aloof at first; and he's movie-star handsome! CHESTER was surrendered to the South L.A. shelter and recently transferred to the East Valley shelter. His 'family' said they brought CHESTER from Bakersfield, keeping him, for about a month, in their yard. He was respectful with the children in the home, but he, allegedly, wasn't getting along with a previously adopted dog, which is the reason provided for giving him up. I've got more to get off my chest! CHESTER needs to be adopted/rescued by someone who will help him gain confidence; he will NOT be kept outdoors 24/7; and he'll be part of a family, forevermore!
