About Ripley

Always read entire post please. Meet Ripley a presumed pit mix Just look at that smile!!! Ripley is about 4 years old and weighs 70lbs. This boy is a lovebug and is quick to make new friends. He is exuberant and is a happy-go-lucky type of guy! Ripley was part of a house fire, and you can see his scars on his face--don't worry, they are only cosmetic. Ripley has lived with other dogs before, and while is comfortable around other dogs (doesn't react when walking by them), he does not like to be challenged and is quite selective with who he likes to play with. Ripley is so excited to become someone's loyal companion! If you are replying to a post on a rescue site- Please tell us about your family, activities, other animals and your expectations of your pet and what they can expect from you and the city in which you live. You are encouraged to make every effort to visit the shelter for a meet and greet. Staff available to assist. You can walk on the trails and interact in the play yards. Unless otherwise noted, we can not say if a dog does well with cats, livestock or chickens or with the dogs you may already have in your home or at dog parks. So please, if you have a dog, please arrange to bring for a meet and greet. Current vaccinations, spayed or neutered and micro chipped.
