About Bear

Bear is a sweet beautiful dog but has shown increasing levels of aggression towards his owners. He does back down to the male members. He lives with another dog he was introduced to as a puppy but is fearful of other dogs and lunges at them when walked. We did work with a trainer and it helped somewhat and he did respond to training. He is not good with the vet. He has been to a groomer and they are fine with him but he is muzzled. His behavior is somewhat unpredictable and progresses rather quickly from growling to bared teeth and it can be intimidating as he is 90 pounds. He can not be in a home with small children as they frighten him too. I realize this is not a glowing review but I am hoping there is a strong, sole male figure who lives on a large property that can take him. That is the only environment that would be a fit for this dog.
