Everyone, this is Rocks, a 4 month old Chihuahua puppy. Isnt he adorable!! Sadly, he is being surrendered to us. We want to help him, but need a committed foster or better yet adopter by Tuesday! Otherwise he might be shelter bound. It's no place for puppies! Please contact us immediately if you are interested in fostering or making Rocks your family!
