Meet sweet Kenny, 2 year old 8 lbs Poodle rescued from Bakersfield City Shelter. Kenny is vision impaired with under developed eyes. Kenny sees shadows and he also has a Muffin's Halo For Blind Dogs. Kenny was severely underweight at 6 lbs and he is slowly gaining weight. Kenny was treated for Giardia. Kenny gives kisses freely and loves to be hugged.
