Koda is 9 month beautiful Rottie puppy. He has bilateral hip dysplasia as well as undescended testicles. Koda needs a home with no stairs/steps due hip issues which the owners do not have. Caring, loving, funny, very vocal, family lap dog who only wants to be close or on people. Owners devastated at having to give up but feel it is necessary for Koda's well being.
