About Marvin

Hello, my name is Diana and I want to place my cat in a good home. He has been a wonderful companion for the last eight years and deserves that. He is sociable but prefers not to be touched. However, he is more than happy to share a couch with you. The vet always says he has fantastic manners, and he doesn't have any problems with the litter box. Reason for rehoming: Marvin has not taken well to my pregnancy. He is stressed and demonstrating aggression towards me. He pounces and nips and although he always lets go me quickly, I don't want to risk that type of behavior when I am holding my newborn. With other members of the household, he is completely fine. I think he would do fine in a home with older children (11 plus), and although he has tolerated dogs, it's not ideal. He is food motivated. He can be picked up easily. He can be bathed and groomed easily. He has gone on tons of successful road trips with us. He has also been around other cats and tolerates them well, even sleeping next to them, so from my experience I would say good with most cats. If you are interested contact me so we can talk more.
