URGENT FOSTER NEEDED: Everyone, this is Chip, a Chihuahua/Terrier mix. Isnt he adorable! He would love a a loving foster or better yet adopter where he may rest his head comfortably. Poor pup has been waiting patiently at a boarding facility. About 2-3 years old. Weighs less than 10. Literally the perfect size for outings and traveling! Good with children!! It is best that he be the only pup in the home so he may soak up all of your love and attention.
