About Rintin

I have a male german shepherd that unfortunately I can no longer keep. A little back story on Rintin. He is an 8 year old male german shepherd, he was rescued as a puppy about 7 years ago. His owner (my uncle) had to make a life changing decision that made him have to move out of the country to care for his mother that has alzimers, reason to why he couldn't take Rintin along. I stepped up to attempt to find him a home so that he did not have to go to the shelter but I have been looking since mid November and I am not having any luck. Rintin has been currently staying at the house where his owner use to live but now that home needs to be leased out and he can't be kept there anymore and I can't bring him home because I have a male dog and my male dog is aggressive I am afraid my dog will hurt Rintin. I don't know how Rintin will do with other dogs since all he knew was his male brother that unfortunately had to be put down due to a medical condition, they did very well together. Rintin is a very sweet boy that wants to give love back. He does well with children as my 2 year old son has been around him since birth and never has Rinting shown an aggression towards him or anyone else. Unfortunately Rintin does not do well with cats. I can't keep him anymore and I really need help finding him a new home as he is a VERY sweet boy. I am willing to drive from Manvel Tx and meet with anyone that will give him a good home, he is not neutered and I am willing to pay for the cost to neuter him. He is current and up to date with all his shots. I do have power of attorney.
