About Brandy

Meet Brandy. Such a precious little girl. She would like to tell you a few things about herself. ' Hi ya. My name is Brandy and I am 15 years young. I am completely deaf, and mostly blind. I can see light and movement, and I can recognize my people by their shape. I love hanging out around my people, trying to keep up with them while they do chores. I'm not a lap dog, I just want to be around you. I love trying new foods, like steamed green beans, mashed taters (when my foster mom lets me lick the spoon) and snacks. Yea, snacks! I get along great with everyone�'�|.no exceptions. And I wag my little nub tail when I am happy. I need someone to give me a great place to live out my golden years. That might be a year, might be a few weeks. Life is good, and I'm just not ready to give it up yet. I am fine in my crate when my family is away, and I get excited and jump around a little when they come home and let me out. I also get the zoomies after bath time. Oh yea, I snore a little also....don't most seniors? tee hee I prefer not to be squeezed, like in a hug, and I don't really like anyone up in my face, cause I don't see well, and that scares me a little. If your family has some love to give an old gal, then I'm putting in for that position. There's a special place in Heaven for those who love seniors! I am trying to get the hang of house training. I do business when outside, but also sometimes on the rug when I just can't wait. I am on eye drops for the rest of my life; not to restore my sight, but for comfort. My foster mom says my ears are tender, since I don't like to have them rubbed a lot (they are simply irresistible), but the vet says they are fine.
