About Pico

Pico has been through alot these last few weeks, when his owner passed away. The family reached out to us to help them find him a new home, and we immediately took him into rescue, to give him a temporary home. He is a small, 6 year old little guy weighing about 8-10 pounds. He's a quiet and gentle dog who will thrive with a family that is kind and gentle with him. He loves to snuggle and he will find your lap to curl up in. He is a companion, he is loyal, and he will be your buddy. He does well with other dogs, and seems to do well around cats too. He is crate trained, and is potty trained as well. He walks well on a leash, has nice leash manners, and will be a great partner for walking. If you would like to meet Pico, let us know!! We are a FORCE FREE rescue. The adoption contract you will be signing specifically states that you agree to NEVER use any aversive methods nor tools like a shock, prong or choke collar. Please, consider everything when making a decision to adopt a dog. As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip, and be spayed/neutered. You may need to come back to us to complete shots, spay or neuter, hw test. You will receive 6 mths of HW preventative.You will receive a free bag of premium dog food, as well as a gift card from Choice Pet Market if you live in one of the designated zip codes. Your adoption package includes 4 Mandatory training classes that will be scheduled at a later date.
