About Jack

Hello my name is Jack I am a 1 year 7 month old Staffordshire Terrier/Australian Cattle Dog and was pulled from Harris County Animal Shelter in Houston TX on my last day to live because my time was up. My family took me to the shelter and left me because they were moving and I still don't understand why I couldn't go with them. I waited for them to come back for me but they didn't. Each time I would hear footsteps I would get up and look but it wasn't them. I am now waiting on my new family to choose me since I'm in rescue now. My rescue people promised me they would find me a new family that would love me forever and never dump me at a scary shelter ever again. I am now in a foster home in TX and waiting on someone who wants to adopt me or foster me so I can get on transport to NC where my rescue is. I am learning how to be happy again but still unsure what is really happening. I am a medium size girl and only weigh 43 pounds. I am HW negative, microchipped, UTD on shots, neutered and available for adoption now. As soon as I get an approved adopter or foster in NC, I will be transported there so will you please share me so I am one step closer to finding my forever family?
