I reacued her from an intersection and took her to the nearest vet to check for a chip. She is in fact chipped but the only information was the guy's name and number. We have now made contact with him and he dumped her and wants nothing to do with her. She is incredibly sweet and Incredibly responsive to love and kindness but has clearly been abused. If you act as though you're upset she backs off like you're going to hurt her and she is very aggressive towards dogs. She needs to go to someone who is patient and kind and loving and compassionate and patient who will give her time and the right training and deprogramming she needs.
