My name is Hollis. I think I am about 10 weeks old. I am staying in a foster home with my two friends and my two foster siblings. I am getting used to people fast. At first, I was a little scared because my journey in life has been kind of rough so far. I was left at the dump with my friends but now I sure love sitting in laps. My brave and sassy style gets me in a little trouble sometimes. I can climb right out of my playpen so don't leave me in there when you are not around! I promise I will let you know I don't like it and I'm a very loud gal! I will hoot and holler, then climb my way out to find you. I mostly like hanging with friends and if I go to a furever home without another dog, I will want to be the center of your attention. I think I can learn to be more independent with the right family, but right now, my confidence isn't quite there. My fur coat was sparse when I was found so my foster Mom and Dad are giving me specials baths. I don't really like them, but my coat isn't itchy anymore and think I look cute now. If I get enough play during the day, I sleep through the night in my crate with my sisters. I love to eat! When I hear you making my meals, I go bonkers! I think that means I am food motivated so training me with treats sounds like a great idea. I try very hard to make my pees and poops on my puppy pad but sometimes I miss or get so excited I go where I probably shouldn't. My foster Mom & Dad are teaching me to poop outside. I'll get the hang of it as I grow up a little more. Oh, and I taught myself to get up steps fast but going down is weird. My favorite things are my sweater, watching TV, sitting in your lap and of course, naps.
