Meet Joelle, this dainty girl is a pure bred Rat Terrier and very sweet. She is shy but very friendly once given the chance to warm up to you. She is 11lbs, walks very well on leash and she is housebroken. We found her in the middle of the night , she was running down the road with several dogs large and small chasing her as she was in heat! She was very thankful that we found her and came to her rescue.
