About Katie

We adopted Katie 1-1/2 years ago. She is very sweet, well-behaved, playful, and housebroken. She gets along very well with other dogs and loves their company. She LOVES going on walks and riding in the car. She does not like crowds because they make her nervous. She had a rough beginning as a stray in a trailer park, and had 2 litters of puppies before she was spade. She is fine with women and children, but is very fearful of men. Despite many efforts, she is still scared of my husband. Since we are concerned about providing her with the happiest life possible, we think we need to re-home her into a female-only household. I will miss her terribly, but I just want her to be happy! She is a great dog, given the right environment.!
