About Olive & Otis

Chihuahua mix

Olive (black, female) and Otis (gray, male) were abandoned in front of my home just before Thanksgiving. I struggled to catch them for two nights. Animal control couldn't catch them either. Night three and Otis was attacked by two coyotes. We saw the attack happen and thought he was gone. The following morning I went outside and found him curled up along the side of my home. He received emergency surgery and is now doing well. Both love to snuggle and enjoy playing with stuffed animals. They are both fearful and were clearly abused before. They need some love and training but are great dogs. Although they've been together, I believe they're better off in separate homes as they often growl at one another. They get along with my two dogs and cat. I cannot keep them any longer and am hoping to home them by February otherwise I'll need to take them to the humane society.
