About TIGER **URGENT!!**

He has been in playgroups and is good with other dogs...He is URGENT! TIGER (#A1917430) was put on the RED ALERT list, at the East Valley Animal Shelter, on 1/15/2020 and he could be put down at any time. He has been in play groups and is good with other dogs. TIGER entered the shelter on 12/20/2019. and his intake notes depict him as problematic with shelter staff, barking and baring teeth, amongst other issues. He was kept for several days in a quieter indoor kennel to give him time to calm down. It appears to have helped, because 5-year-old TIGER is now out in the general kennels, and I've had the opportunity to spend time with him. It didn't take long for him to come to the front of the kennel with his tail wagging, to sit for treats, and to take them gently from my fingers. When I entered the kennel, he came to me to be petted. When we spent time in the yard, he found a ball and he enjoyed playing fetch. When I called him to me, he came over for a snuggle, and when I returned TIGER to the kennel, I promised him we'd spend time together, again, soon. But, there's no telling how much time TIGER has, which is why I'm begging for everyone to Share this post, so that TIGER might live to enjoy life with a loving human.
