I am a big girl from sunny California. I am not sure how I feel about this rain and snow, but if you put my coat on, I will go out and give it a try. I am house trained and will let you know when I need to go out. My foster family has a fenced yard, so I can go right outside, and it doesn't take me long to come back in. I sometimes bark at things I can't see, but stop when corrected. It's important to leave a light on for me at night, so I can see there is nothing to be afraid of. I love toys, but I like them all to myself. I like to go on walks and do well on a leash. You won't even know I'm there. I love to go in the car and will patiently sit if you have errands to run. I have a comfortable bed in the living room but prefer to have the sofa all to myself. I can sleep all night long, especially on the couch. When you have company over, I will politely say hello, get a few pets, then go lie down. Bunny's foster Mom here. Bunny is a love bug, and think she would do well as the only dog in a home. She came to us from California with another Boxer, and they are fine together as well as apart. Still, I think she would be happiest as the one and only. At first, she was very food aggressive and had to be fed in her crate. Now she waits for her meals and gets to eat in the same room as our other foster without issue. She likes treats and doesn't seem to have aggression toward other dogs when they are handed out. She does like to play with toys, but would rather destroy them than properly play. I am not sure how she is around children, and we were advised to avoid cats. I think she would be content to go for a walk, a drive, and sleep the day away. She is a sweet soul.
