About Kobe (east)

Pit Bull mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Hi, my name is KOBE - ID#A4079122. I am a neutered male, black American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 8 months old, and I have been at the shelter since Sep 23, 2019. Kobe lived with a family, and was surrendered because of skin issues that the owners could not afford. The vet has ruled out parasites, and stated that Kobe may have season allergies. He knows 'sit', 'lay down', and 'stay'. If you shoot him with a finger gun, he will act like he got shot. Very smart. Likes fruits and veggies. Kobe is a handsome 2 year old who has been at shelter for 90+ days he needs out! I'm not sure why he is still there, he is so handsome and super sweet. He is a great dog, but not cat friendly. He loves people and affection from humans. He is gentle with treats. He has been friendly with dogs sometimes he has a high energy play style some dogs don't like. He can also be reactive to other dogs. Kobe has some skin issues probably allergies possibly a change in food and environment could change or he may need to go to vet. Either way it's an easy fix. Kobe has begun to show signs of kennel deterioration. This happens to all social animals eventually when they have been incarcerated for long periods of time. They need social interaction whether with other dogs or people. Please consider making Kobe your next furry family member. 'URGENT' - If you have no breed restrictions, please call ASAP 520-800-4633. *NOTE: This dog is located at MCACC East: 2630 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Mesa AZ 85201
