Puppers loves playing with the other dogs in his foster home, and he does not bother cats. He is well-mannered, but is his leash work had to be adjusted. He seems to prefer being outside rather than inside, but definitely needs to be inside when there is bad weather, too hot, or too cold. He would love room to roam and yet be safe. Look at that face just begging for someone he can love and be with in a forever home.
