He is friendly with both people and other dogs, and became available for adoption on 1/15. He just needs to be neutered before he can go home. We have video and additional pictures we can share. He does have two small masses (2 cm) on his shoulder that do need to be removed. We are looking for a great home/adopter or a foster to pair with a willing rescue.
