When Raven was saved from euthanasia, she was extremely fearful. Raven takes medication for anxiety, and with training, Raven is getting more confident around other dogs and distractions, and learning to trust new people. She is good with calm older children and adults. Raven has learned Sit, stay, come, and is working on loose leash walking. Raven will be starting an intermediate training class right away, and will also be testing for play groups to help with her dog-to-dog social skills. Raven is looking for a structured home that will continue to help her build her confidence. She loves to run around, and also long quiet long walks, but she can also mellow out and just be a couch potato. She doesn't like to be on the furniture, but loves her person to sit on the floor so she can lie down in their lap. She isn't big on toys, but loves to snuggle once she trusts you. Raven is crate trained and rarely barks unless a stranger is in the house. Raven does have a high prey drive, so no small animals in the home.
