About Red

Meet Red! Lab/hound mix 5 years old and 50lbs Red is a very sweet and loving girl! She's working on her leash manners, but is treat motivated and with the right person she'll be a fantastic walking companion. She would do best with a fenced yard were she can run and sniff everything. She certainly has some hound in her! She'll keep your yard free of squirrels! Red is house trained and sleeps peacefully in a dog bed or on the couch all night. She loves to snuggle on the couch with her humans. Red needs slow intros to other dogs. Red is a happy girl looking for a happy home to call her own! Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping. We need foster homes - pounds are overflowing with puppies and adult dogs that are at-risk and need help. We can only rescue as many as we have foster home commitments.
