About Rocky

Welcome Rocky to CCPAL. He is a 1.5-year-old dog. He is a Boxer/Great Pyrenees mix is our guess. He has the extra toe on the back foot which is usually a Great Pyrenees dog trait. He holds his potty in his crate and is very clean. He is energetic and happy. He loves other dogs and will be great for an active family. He is too interested in cats so we would say a home with no cats would be best. He would be a wonderful jogging, hiking, walking or running buddy. He weighs about 50 pounds. He is getting his foster dad up and moving for nice walks daily. He does pull on the lead but he is attentive and wants to please. Rocky is in Texas and was pulled with his sister out of one of the local pounds. He was pulled off the euthanasia list. One of our friends that goes to the shelter to check out all the good dogs asked CCPAL to pull them both. Sierra was adopted and now it is Rocky's turn for his new forever home. He is healthy, neutered, up on his shots and ready for his forever home. He is in Texas in a wonderful foster home waiting for his forever home. We can work with one of the wonderful transporters to deliver him to Washington, Portland, Wisconsin, Vermont, Minnesota and all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185.
