About Max

Hello my name is Max. I was wandering the streets of a bad area in Houston TX when a nice lady pulled up to an intersection and seen me in the middle of the road trying to get to the side of the road to safety. Cars was going by me really fast and I was scared and didn't know what to do. This nice lady stopped her car right at me when I ran out in front of her after being almost hit by two other cars. I was scanned for a chip but there was nothing. She didn't want to take me to an already overcrowded kill shelter so I am currently in a foster home in Houston TX and will transported to my rescue in NC on February 28th where I will go into a foster home until my forever family is found. I am HW negative, 3 years old, 48 pounds, UTD on shots, microchipped, dog, cat and kid friendly. I am a happy boy and love belly rubs. I also like children and will lay in the floor with them while they are playing and watch for hours until I fall asleep. I am just a great dog all around my rescue people and foster family said but nobody has put in an application for me yet. Will you please share me to help find me a forever home who will keep me safe and love me forever? I never want to be left alone on the streets ever again dogging traffic. Love Max
